The
suggested agenda for regular business meetings is in Appendix
A. Regular meetings of District 9 are usually held on the
third Sunday of each month preceded by a DCM meeting and a
GSR Workshop.
The
date of the next regular meeting shall be included as part
of the minutes of the meeting.
Established
parliamentary procedures shall be used in all matters not
specified by these Guidelines.
